Overview

The Advantech UTC-310 is a compact, fanless 10.1″ all-in-one touch computer built for interactive self-service and space-limited point-of-service environments such as reception desks, retail counters, meeting rooms, ticketing and interactive signage. It pairs a wide 16:10 projected-capacitive display with onboard Intel processing, so it runs your application directly without a separate media player. An IP65-rated front panel, VESA 75×75 mounting, support for both landscape and portrait orientation, and a detachable plastic frame for panel-mount installations make it flexible to deploy — whether wall-mounted, on a stand or built into a fascia.

Onboard Computing with Your Choice of OS

Unlike a plain touch monitor, the UTC-310 is a complete computer with the processor built in. It runs a quad-core Intel Celeron J6412 with up to 32GB of DDR4 memory, and flexible SSD storage via M.2 and 2.5″ SATA — all cooled by a silent, fanless design suited to always-on use. It supports Windows 10 IoT Enterprise, Android 12 and Linux, so you can standardise on whichever platform your application requires. TPM 2.0 is included for hardware-level security.

Wide Touch Display and Integrated Connectivity

The 10.1″ TFT LED display runs at 1280×800 (16:10) with 350 cd/m² brightness, 170°/170° viewing angles and up to 90% light transmission for a bright, clear image, with smooth projected-capacitive (PCAP) multi-touch on a glass panel. Connectivity is comprehensive: dual Gigabit Ethernet with Wake-on-LAN, 2× USB 3.0, 2× RS-232 COM, and dual 2W built-in speakers. Optional PoE (IEEE 802.3at/30W) allows a single cable to carry both power and data, simplifying installation. Add-on peripherals such as barcode scanners, card readers, RFID and cameras can be integrated by Advantech.

Remote Management and Deployment

The UTC-310 is designed for easy integration and fleet deployment, supporting Advantech DeviceOn/iService for remote monitoring, control and over-the-air updates across Windows, Android and Linux devices. Combined with PoE, panel-mount capability and dual LAN, it suits both single installations and rollouts across many sites managed from a single dashboard.

Optional Extras and Accessories

The UTC-310 can be expanded with a range of Advantech-approved mounts and plug-in peripherals to suit your deployment. All peripherals must be ordered together with the UTC-310 and are assembled by Advantech.
