Slim, AMD Ryzen R2000-Powered Performance
Measuring just 23 mm thick, the Advantech DS-084 is a slim, powerful digital signage player built on the latest AMD Ryzen Embedded R2000 platform. Available with dual-core or quad-core processors and up to 8 GPU compute units of AMD Radeon graphics, it delivers a premium visual experience in a compact 180 × 177 mm chassis that tucks neatly behind a screen or into space-limited installations.
Up to Four 4K Displays with HDMI 2.1
The DS-084 drives three or four HDMI outputs — up to three HDMI 2.1 ports plus one HDMI 1.4 — each supporting crisp 4K (3840 × 2160) resolution at 60 Hz, with smooth 4K playback handled by a dedicated hardware codec. Whether it's a single hero screen or a synchronised multi-screen video wall, its Radeon graphics engine keeps content sharp and fluid where visual performance really matters.
Dual Gigabit LAN & Flexible Connectivity
Networking is a standout: the DS-084 features two Gigabit Ethernet ports (Intel i210 + Realtek) for redundancy or dual-network deployments, plus optional Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. A cable-less internal design keeps servicing simple, and connectivity includes 2 × USB 3.2 Gen 1, 2 × USB 2.0, RS-232 serial, an IR header, EDID support with a dedicated EDID-clear button, and Line-out/Mic-in audio — all in a wall-mountable, maintenance-friendly unit.
Remote Management & Built-In Security
Fully supported by Advantech's DeviceOn/SignageCMS web-based software, the DS-084 gives you intuitive content scheduling, live remote monitoring and full device control across an entire estate. Out-of-Band (OOB) remote management is available on request for lights-out administration, while firmware TPM 2.0 (fTPM) security is enabled by default — with a discrete TPM 2.0 chip available as a project-based BOM option.

Cooled by an intelligent Smart-Fan for reliable 24/7 running, it's ideal for retail and window displays, QSR menu boards, corporate and lobby screens, transport and wayfinding, and demanding multi-screen video walls.
