Intel SDM Slot-In Signage Player
The Advantech DS-202 is a compact digital signage player built to the Intel SDM-L (Smart Display Module – Large) specification. Rather than sitting as a separate box, it slots directly into any SDM-compatible display via a card-edge (golden-finger) connector — drawing power and passing video through the slot. That slot-in design removes external cabling and power bricks, saves space, and dramatically lowers both deployment and field-maintenance costs for all-in-one signage.
Real 4K Across Three Independent Displays
Powered by an Intel Elkhart Lake Atom x6413E processor with integrated graphics, the DS-202 delivers genuine 4K UHD (3840 × 2160) at 60 Hz and smooth content streaming. It drives up to three independent displays — HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.2 from the golden-finger connector, plus a mini-DisplayPort on the front bracket — making it flexible for multi-screen and all-in-one installations.
Fanless, Always-On Reliability
The DS-202 is completely fanless, with a wide 0–55 °C operating range under natural convection — no moving parts to fail, no dust ingress, and silent operation. That makes it well suited to sealed enclosures and continuous 24/7 duty in public spaces where reliability and low maintenance are essential.
Software & Remote Management Options
Because it conforms to the Intel SDM standard, the DS-202 integrates cleanly with SDM-ready screens for a tidy, serviceable installation — swap the module without dismantling the display. A full suite of optional Advantech WISE-PaaS software is available to match: WISE-PaaS/RMM for remote monitoring and management, WISE-PaaS/SignageCMS for content scheduling and control, and WISE-PaaS/EdgeSense for edge device intelligence — giving you complete oversight of content and hardware across an entire estate.

Supplied barebones, the DS-202 is specified around your needs. Choose from optional DDR4-2666 memory (4 GB, 8 GB or 16 GB modules, up to 32 GB total), an optional M.2 2242 SATA SSD in 64 GB, 128 GB, 256 GB or 512 GB, and an optional Wi-Fi module via the M.2 2230 E-Key slot. Your operating system is bundled to order too — either Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC (64-bit) or Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC (64-bit). Compact, quiet and slot-in simple, the DS-202 is ideal for space-constrained, all-in-one 4K signage.
