Rugged, Fanless, Built for the Outdoors
The Advantech DS-330 is a book-sized, completely fanless signage player engineered for harsh and outdoor environments. With a −20 to 60 °C wide operating-temperature range and 12–24 V wide-voltage input, it thrives where standard players can't — outdoor kiosks, drive-thrus, transport, and DOOH installations exposed to heat, cold and unstable power. No fans and no vents mean no moving parts to fail and no dust ingress, for dependable 24/7 operation.
Triple 4K Display Output
Driven by Intel UHD graphics, the DS-330 powers three independent displays — two HDMI outputs plus a USB-C, each capable of 4K UHD, driving 2 × 4K and 1 × FHD simultaneously in triple-display mode. Hardware EDID on the HDMI ports keeps multi-screen and video-wall setups stable, and HDMI-CEC is available as a project (BOM) option for single-remote control of connected screens.
Versatile Retail & Outdoor I/O
Connectivity is built for real-world deployments: dual 2.5 Gigabit LAN for high-bandwidth or redundant networking, 4 × USB 3.2 Gen 1 plus a USB-C (with DisplayPort 1.4a and power delivery), two powered COM (RS-232) ports with selectable 5 V/12 V for peripherals, a 12 V RJ12 cash-drawer port for retail/POS, an EDID-reset button, and a jack-sense audio jack (line-in/out or mic-in).
Flexible Mounting & Built-In Security
The DS-330 mounts almost anywhere with optional VESA mount, pole-mount bracket, or the AMK-V025E mounting kit (VESA/pole/adapter), and an optional protective cover for exposed outdoor sites. Firmware TPM 2.0 (fTPM) security is enabled by default, with a discrete TPM 2.0 chip available as a project BOM option for higher-assurance deployments.
Configure It Exactly to Your Project
Supplied barebones, the DS-330 is specified around your needs. Add up to 16 GB of memory — wide-temp DDR5-4800 or semi-industrial DDR5-5600 (8 GB or 16 GB) — and an M.2 2242 NVMe or SATA SSD from 128 GB up to 1 TB (wide-temp rated). Wireless is available via an optional Qualcomm Wi-Fi 6E module supplied with antennas and antenna cables through the M.2 2230 E-Key slot. Choose your OS — Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC or Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC (64-bit), or Ubuntu Desktop 24.04 / Ubuntu Pro 24.04 — and add the VESA/pole mounting kit or protective cover as needed. Rugged, quiet and endlessly connectable, it's ideal for outdoor and retail signage in demanding conditions.
