iiyama 32″ PROLITE TF3239MSC-W1AG Open Frame PCAP Interactive Large Format Display

Details

Overview

The iiyama ProLite TF3239MSC-W1AG is a 32-inch Full HD open-frame touchscreen built for interactive installations. Its projected-capacitive sensor supports 12 simultaneous touch points behind edge-to-edge glass, and thanks to touch-through-glass technology it can even register touch through a shop window or a custom glass fascia. Built around an AMVA3 LED panel for strong colour, high contrast and wide viewing angles, and housed in a rugged metal, ball-drop-proof chassis rated for 24/7 use, it's designed for interactive shop windows, education, kiosks and in-store communications. The open-frame form and side mounting holes make it easy for integrators to build into bespoke enclosures and set-ups.

Touch-Through-Glass Technology

The standout feature is touch-through-glass: the projected-capacitive sensor works right through an additional layer of glass up to 6mm thick, so you can turn a storefront window, counter or display case into an interactive surface. It responds to a bare or latex-gloved finger as well as a stylus, includes palm rejection for accurate input, and because the touch grid sits beneath the glass overlay it keeps working reliably even if the surface gets scratched. That makes it a strong fit for storefront windows, estate-agent displays, in-store POS and hospitality.

Display

The Full HD 1920 x 1080 AMVA3 LED panel delivers rich colour, a strong 3000:1 static contrast ratio and wide 178-degree viewing angles, so the image holds up from sharp angles and across a large 32-inch area. At a bright 500 cd/m² it stays clearly visible in well-lit retail and public spaces, and the anti-glare coated, edge-to-edge glass cuts reflections while giving the unit a clean, modern face.

Built for Demanding Environments

This display is engineered to keep running where others wouldn't. It's rated for 24/7 non-stop operation, wrapped in a metal housing, and passes the EN60950-1 ball-drop test, with 7H hardened, scratch-resistant glass and IP54 protection across the front against dust and water. A built-in temperature sensor with fan control helps it manage heat in enclosed installations, and iiyama quotes an MTBF of 50,000 hours for long, dependable service.

Flexible Installation and Connectivity

The open-frame design, side mounting holes and 400 x 200mm VESA interface give integrators plenty of options, and the display can be installed in landscape, portrait or face-up (table) orientation. For more involved builds it can be fitted with the optional iiyama OMK4-4 external mounting brackets, making it easier for kiosk integrators to secure into custom enclosures. It's well connected too, with two HDMI inputs, DisplayPort and VGA for video, RS-232c and RJ45 for remote monitor control and management, and 2 x 8W built-in speakers with audio in and out. A kiosk mode and OSD key lock round it out for unattended public use.
