13.3 Inch E-ink Touchscreen Meeting Room Scheduler

The Joan 13 Pro from Joan (formerly Visionect) is a large-format ePaper room scheduler that shows one or several meeting rooms on a single display. Its 13.3 inch, 4:3 E-ink touchscreen has a 1600 x 1200 resolution and a 180 degree viewing angle, so staff can see room status and upcoming meetings at a glance, then tap to book, extend or check in.

Up to 6 Months on a Single Charge

E-paper only uses power when the image changes, so the Joan 13 Pro uses around 1% of the power of an LCD screen. Its 10,800 mAh battery lasts up to 6 months per charge, or the optional PoE Secure Wall Mount keeps it powered and connected permanently, with LED occupancy lights.

Cable-Free Installation

The included Smart Magnetic Mount fixes to almost any surface without drilling or cabling and automatically links the device to the right room calendar. It connects over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, works with Google Workspace, Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange, and stores no data on the device.

Where It Works Best

Ideal for corporate offices, co-working spaces, universities, hotels and conference centres that want to cut out double bookings and make meeting rooms easier to find. Mount it outside a boardroom for single-room status, or in a corridor to show several rooms at once.
