The Joan 6 Pro from Joan (formerly Visionect) is a compact, award-winning meeting room scheduler with a 6 inch E-ink touchscreen. It shows the room name, capacity, live status and upcoming meetings at a glance, and staff can book in advance or on the go, check in to confirm attendance and view the room timetable directly on the screen.

Up to 6 Months on a Single Charge

E-paper only uses power when the image changes, so the Joan 6 Pro uses around 1% of the power of an LCD screen. Its 5,400 mAh battery lasts up to 6 months per charge and recharges in 5 to 7 hours via USB-C, or the optional PoE Wall Mount keeps it permanently powered and connected, with green and red LED room status lights.

Cable-Free Installation

The included Smart Magnetic Mount fixes to almost any surface without drilling or cabling, and doubles as a location tag, so the device can be removed and replaced without losing its room information. It connects over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, works with Google Workspace, Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange, and stores no data on the device.
