The Sureview SVPSL10S is a 10 inch sunlight-readable panel mount touch monitor for outdoor kiosks and terminals. Its active matrix TFT LCD with LED backlight runs at a native 1024 x 768 resolution in a 4:3 format and is rated at 1300 cd/m² (1014 cd/m² through the touch glass), with a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 176 degree viewing angles and an anti-glare finish as standard. High-TNI liquid crystal (105°C) avoids display black-out at high temperatures, and the touch glass is optically bonded to prevent internal fogging. A UV and IR filter reduces internal heat build-up and UV-resistant ink stops the screen printing peeling.

PCAP Touch Behind IK08 Glass

The 10 point projected capacitive touchscreen sits behind 7.5 mm strengthened IK08 glass and connects over USB; touch performance is tuned to keep working with water droplets on the glass. Video comes in over VGA and HDMI. A light sensor adjusts brightness automatically to the ambient light, which also extends panel life, and intelligent thermal management controls heat dissipation. The front panel is rated IP65, and when fitted to a kiosk without gaps the installation can reach IP65 and NEMA 4X. Metal parts are rust-proofed for year-round outdoor use. The SVPSL10S fixes on VESA 75 x 75 mm or panel mount brackets, with an outline of 275 x 230 x 61.1 mm and a net weight of 2.46 kg. It runs from a 12-40V DC supply, drawing up to 17W, is rated for -20°C to 60°C operation and 24/7 running, and carries a 50,000 hour MTBF and a 1 year warranty.
