Full HD 15.6 Inch Optically Bonded Touch PC

The Sureview SVABL158 is a 15.6 inch Android all-in-one touch computer. Its active matrix TFT LCD with LED backlight runs at a native 1920 x 1080 resolution in a 16:9 format, rated at 250 cd/m² with a 700:1 contrast ratio and 178 degree viewing angles. The 10 point PCAP touchscreen is optically bonded to the LCD behind 1.6 mm cover glass with ≥85% light transmission, in a slim black housing. Three rear pogo pins accept optional peripherals such as a magnetic stripe reader, scanner or status light, and a behind-display NFC reader supporting SoftPOS payment is optional.

Android 14 on Rockchip RK3576

It runs Android 14 on the Rockchip RK3576 board (quad-core Cortex-A72 + quad-core Cortex-A53) with 4GB or 8GB RAM and 32GB, 64GB or 128GB eMMC storage; Genio 700 and RK3588 boards are also offered. This is an Android-only model; there is no Windows version. It has onboard Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and the rear I/O comprises two Gigabit LAN, four USB 3.0, HDMI out and a microSD (TF) slot.

Where It Works Best

The SVABL158 fixes on VESA 75 x 75 / 100 x 100 mm, with an outline of 368.6 x 218 x 51 mm. It runs from a 12V DC supply, has built-in 2 x 2W speakers, and is rated for 0°C to 40°C operation at altitudes up to 3000 m. It carries a 2 year warranty, and the approvals listed are FCC and CE. It is aimed at point-of-sale and customer-facing counters in retail and hospitality, on countertop, back-to-back dual countertop or floor-standing stands.
