R1500 C-Type Curve, Landscape Full HD

The Sureview SVOTC247 is a 23.6 inch curved touch monitor with an R1500 C-type curve (measured radius 1493 mm), built for landscape installation. Its active matrix TFT LCD with LED backlight runs at a native 1920 x 1080 resolution, rated at 300 cd/m² with a 3000:1 contrast ratio and 178 degree viewing angles. The landscape curve is shaped around the seated user to reduce fatigue over long sessions. As an open frame unit it fits flush into a cabinet opening.

PCAP Touch With Three-Sided RGB LED Lighting

The 10 point projected capacitive touchscreen follows the curve behind IK07 strengthened glass with ≥83% light transmission and connects over USB. Multicolour RGB lighting is fitted as LED strips on three sides, visible from the front and edge, evenly lit without hot spots or dark corners and sealed against light leakage; it runs from its own 5V DC input and can be driven by an optional external LED controller. Video comes in over HDMI and DisplayPort, and the power, auto, up, down and menu buttons for the on-screen display sit on the rear. A version without LED lighting is available as the SVOTC245. The ordering code is OTC247-RC5000-UD3230-1.1.

Where It Works Best

The SVOTC247 fixes on VESA 100 x 100 / 75 x 75 mm or side brackets, with an outline of 602 x 369.8 x 66.8 mm and a net weight of 7.8 kg. It runs from a 12V DC supply, drawing up to 36W plus 15W for the lighting, is rated for 0°C to 40°C operation and carries a 50,000 hour MTBF and a 1 year warranty. It suits casino and amusement gaming cabinets, as well as kiosks and vending machines that call for a distinctive curved screen.
