4K UHD Portrait Panel in a 55 Inch LED Frame

The Sureview SVOML557 is a 55 inch LED-edge framed monitor (non-touch), built as a portrait-format unit. It uses an active matrix TFT LCD with LED backlight at a native 3840 x 2160 resolution in a 16:9 format, rated at 600 cd/m² with a 1200:1 contrast ratio and 178 degree viewing angles; an anti-glare finish is optional. In the edge design the lighting is visible from the front and sides of the frame. The true flat, closed metal frame is well sealed, so no light leaks from the LED channels, and the black border around the screen is 18.8 mm on each side.

Multicolour Edge LED Lighting

Multicolour RGB lighting is fitted as LED strips on all four sides, visible from the front and edge. The light is even, without hot spots, dark spots or dark corners, and can be used for attract, alert and status effects, driven by an optional external LED controller or a customer-supplied controller. This is a non-touch display: the front is 4.0 mm strengthened, IK07 rated protective glass, and video comes in over dual HDMI and DisplayPort. The ordering code is OML557-L04000-0D8U40-1.1.

Where It Works Best

The SVOML557 fixes on VESA 450 x 400 mm in portrait, with an outline of 733 x 1262 x 68 mm and a net weight of 39 kg. It runs from 24V DC (12V DC for the lighting), drawing up to 150W plus 50W for the LEDs, is rated for 0°C to 40°C operation and carries a 50,000 hour MTBF and a 3 year warranty (1 year on the LCD panel). It suits gaming machines and casino cabinets, kiosks, vending machines, EV chargers and wayfinding.
