Compact and Slim by Design

The Sureview SVQB8S is an 8 inch commercial signage display measuring just 192 mm wide, 120 mm tall and 33 mm deep, and weighing 1 kg. That footprint is the entire point: it fits where a normal display cannot, on a shelf edge, beside a till, on a narrow pillar or inside a fixture. A mounting bracket is included as standard. The hard coated panel surface resists scratching from the handling a display at this height inevitably gets.

Reliable Commercial Grade Panel

This is a commercial grade screen rated for continuous 24/7 running, not a repurposed consumer panel that expects to be switched off overnight. The 1024 x 600 display gives 170 degree viewing angles horizontally and vertically with 16.7 million colours, and draws only 9W, so a row of them across a shop floor adds almost nothing to running costs.

Monitor or Built In Android Player

Specify it as a plain monitor with HDMI in, DisplayPort in and audio out, and drive it from any external media player or mini PC. Or specify the built in Android player and it becomes a complete signage solution with nothing else to buy, updating content by USB or over the network through a CMS. It ships with Android 10 on a quad core Cortex-A53 with PowerVR GE8300 graphics, 2GB of memory and 32GB of storage, and will run third party content management software. An RS232 input is available as an optional extra at additional cost.

Where It Works Best

At 1 kg and under 200 mm wide it suits shelf edge promotions, price and product information, till point messaging, queue displays, meeting room booking panels and equipment status displays. It is the size to reach for when the screen needs to sit within arm's length of the customer rather than above their head.
