The Q30 is a fanless embedded digital signage player based around the Quad-Core ARM Cortex-A9 RockChip RK3188 1.6GHz. The Q30 is a low cost option which is easily capable of supporting HD-rich graphics in applications such as public realm wayfinding or hotel and leisure signage. The unit is housed in a smart black metal chassis and features 1x 2 GB DDR3 RAM, Android 4.2 OS (upgradable to v4.4), 8GB Nand Flash drive, 1x TF Card Reader (up to 32GB), WiFi/Bluetooth and optional 3G via 1x Mini PCI-e slot. I/O ports include 1x HDMI, 1x Audio Jack (3.5mm), 1x 100Mbps (RJ45) plus 3 x USB2.0 (1 x OTG). The Q30 also comes with a handy operational timer which can be set to boot up content and turn off automatically.
